Full Alianza. Elise represents what we should all be breeding for in alpaca fleece fineness. Lingering Fineness. 19afd age 12 Is the AlpacaRosa serious about lingering fineness? Check out who we bred Elise to! She is currently bred to our own Lingering fine producing machine, 24K Gold. Elise is extremely fine, extremely consistent, virtually no guard hair and maintaining 19 AFD extreme fineness and curve thru 12 years old! Hemingway needs no introduction, only that, we must recognize his influence over the improvements of United State’s alpaca fleece standards. With the likes of one of his best daughters, Elise, Hemingway made his mark in the industry. Elise is a pure joy to put your hands on her fiber at 12 years old. We look forward to many years of super fine production. Elise has proven herself by producing beautiful crias with extremely low micron counts. At the age of 12, her micron is still in the teens! She has a fawn spot , which proved to be significant when she produced fawn offspring in 2005 and 2007. We plan on breeding her to some of our fine fawn herdsires Elise’s conformation is correct. Her Bite is perfect and has never needed to be trimmed. She has average bone and overall size . She has proven to be an excellent mother, and her crias and grandcrias have inherited her incredible fineness. Her bloodline should be extremely fun combining it with our Misty Maiden bloodlines. Misty Maiden had a 19 micron at the age of 14! Now that’s what I’m talkin about! Micron Count 2006: FD 19.1, SD 3.6, CV 19.0, CF 99.1% Curve: 54.8!!!!! Boom's 2010 histogram just in at 20 months old 18.73 4.05 21.65 99.21 AROSA = Full Fiber Histogram Disclosure shop and compare! Badda Boom has the look and the genetics to be the Lingering fineness link to your breeding program! We would be interested in trading half interest for 1/2 interest in another Full peruvian male(no R.Fawn bloodlines please) While the industry was so caught up with the FULL ACCOYO thing over the last several years, we were focusing on Lingering fineness and look at the results! We figure its more important to have a herd of fine alpacas producing long lasting fineness. Once breeders start realizing that supreme fineness is correlated to great density, our strategy will have succeeded! Badda Boom (1/2 Accoyo) starts out with a FINE pedigree that should get your immediate respect. His 10 year old dam, Hemingways Elise, still maintained a 19 micron at age 8. FD 19.1, SD 3.6, CV 19.0, CF 99.1%, 54 curve .....Elise's histogram at 8 years of age!! Boom's granddam , Peruvian Buttercup, maintained a 20 micron into her teen years. Now THAT is lingering! Hemingway is one of only a few proven herdsire bloodlines that carries the Lingering Fineness gene. That is to say that fineness remains well past 8 years old. We plan on mixing this bloodline with our Misty Maiden bloodline. MM also carries the lingering fineness gene as she had a 19 micron at 12 years old. Boom's sire is an Accoyo Legacy fawn son named Accoyo Princepe Dorato. Accoyo Legacy left a legacy of fineness throughout his offspring. Badda Boom's brother, AROSA NanoMan, from last year had a 16 micron. So,given all of this, it is no surprise to us that Badda Boom takes much pride in boasting a 15 micron! With his proven bloodlines in place, we expect the lingering fineness to maintain for years to come. Stay tuned for new pics a
