This guy may be one of the best kept secrets in the business. If you are looking for a truly superior stud male - with the documentation to back it up - you owe it to yourself to consider LIBERTY: In 2007, skin biopsies from Liberty were sent to both Dr. Evans and Dr. Watts for analysis. The results are almost unbelieveably excellent: over 111 follicles/ square mm (Dr.Norm Evans). Call and I will send you the actual results. Let me know if you can find a white male for sale with better biopsy results than this! The fact that he placed when shown in spite of a leg injury sustained at an early age speaks volumes about his quality. Liberty has a very typical Accoyo/Alianza look and fleece character. Talk about a well-organized fleece with small, dense staples and distinct, high frequency crimp! Sire - Accoyo Franklin, Felix son of pure Accoyo lineage. Everyone knows about Felix, through the quality and fineness of his offspring. One of the handfull of FAWNS imported from Accoyo. Dam - A classic Alianza female, NWA Ltd. Louise is a superb daughter of one of the greatest sires ever: Hemingway. Still attractive and vigorous at 18+ years, her fleece exhibits the density and crimp that her sire was famous for imparting to his get. Liberty splits his time between Sixth Day Farm East in Hilton, NY and Sixth Day Farm West in Wellington, CO. Due to the excellent results we have seen in his offspring, his stud fee is being increased to $2000. However for anyone who purchases stud services prior to July 1, 2016 we will continue to honor the previous fee listed here of $1000. Description

Another alpaca with a strong pedigree and lots of promise. Come check her out and make and offer! More info & photos are being added as time allows, but dpn't wait: NOW is your opportunity to buy alpacas from a planned breeding program that has been using proven genetic principles for 10 years. Fleece: This fleece is gorgeous. Fine, dense, bright, looong staple and eye-catching, high-frequency 'zipper crimp'. This one should be a 'show girl'! Sire - Franklin's Liberty has one of the DENSEST fleeces ever measured by skin biopsy, as analysied by both Dr. Norm Evans and Dr. Jim Watts of Australia. Call for complete info. Unshown due to an early injury, and what a shame! Dam - Hibernia is a pretty girl, sired by a full brother to the key foundation sire at Sixth Day - Maple Brook Bravado. Her dam brings in a bit of Bolivian influence. While there has been some debate about the true origins of the alpacas imported from Bolivia, there is no doubt that they were a group of overall high quality, often noted for silky-soft handle and brightness of their fleeces. Many of the whites were especially fine with uniform mircons across their fleeces. Sixth Day Farm proudly co-owns and boards Highlife with Kinney Valley Alpacas in Ontario, WI.
