Ashton was registered as a bay black, but in every show he was classed as a true black. This true black comes from two greys. His sire is AABC Admiral who is an awesome medium silver grey with an impressive show record. Ashton's genetics include Maximillan on the sires side, El Nino and Grey Cloud on the dams side. Take a look at his ARI Certificate. Ashton's luster is outstanding and he has a calm easy way about him, two traits he is passing on to his cria. Ashton's cria, are true black, bay black, and the cria that was born 10/2/2010 is a rare modern dark silver gray suri, we named him Storm. Ashton did it again, he gave us a very rare dark rose gray female named Misty Rose, she was born October 11th, 2013 and she is beautiful. Ashton produced another grey cria, he was born on October 11, 2014, he is a gorgeous classic medium silver grey, this cria can be yours to show at the very low price of $1000. We are sorry to say that Rosaleen is no longer with us, she has passed away. Rosaleen's conformation is exceptional. She has exquisite suri phenotype, with amazing locks and luster that she passes to her cria. Rosaleen is an excellent mom, and Auntie to all the cria, to the point of letting them nurse. Her cria in 2007 is sired by PVA Mahogony Prince, Mahogany Prince's Spirit is a gorgeous dark brown like his sire and like his dam he has a very upright presense. His luster and typey head are only a few of his wonderful characteristics. October 19th 2008, Mahogany Prince's Spirit took 1st Place and Reserve Color Champion at VAOBA Alpaca Expo 2008 (Halter, level IV Show) . There were 9 alpacas in the show ring that day. Rosaleen continues to put out excellent cria. She gave birth to Eclypse who is a true black. He did exceptionally well at the shows we were able to take him to, look up his info. Jude Anderson placed him with a blue ribbon at the age of 4, she is a suri owner judge and she doesn't hand out blue ribbons to older alpacas if they don't deserve it, she is very strict about that. Rosaleen had a very rare modern dark silver grey boy, named STORM, sired by Shasta Springs Ashton.

Description

At 4 years of age Eclypse went before Judge Jude Anderson she is a suri owner judge and she doesn't hand out blue ribbons to older alpacas if they don't deserve it, she is very strict about that. At MAPACA in 2013 Judge Jude Anderson gave Eclypse a great review saying he is retaining wonderful Suri features with a correct and strong conformation and for his age he is holding his fineness, luster, lock structure and uniformity of fleece. She also commented that he is well endowed. A1 from the judge, Blue Ribbon! Eclypse is an amazing True Black, with glowing luster and as the judges stated, uniform locks from head to toe and very nice fineness. He also has the typee head you like to see in the Suri Alpaca. He is out of a bay black dam Ameripaca's Rosaleen and a true black sire Shasta Springs Ashton, his lineage includes 2 very rare gray Bolivian imports. Take a look at his ARI certificate, you'll see El Nino, Grey Cloud, and Acero Marka's Sergio just to name a few of the impressive suris Eclypse comes from. With genetics like this, he is sure to be a great herdsire for any farm looking for genetics, color, conformation, and fine lustrous fleece. He is so easy to handle and doesn't kick. Eclypse is a sweetheart, and he is gorgeous. The judges liked his fineness, luster, lock structure, uniformity of locks, with a correct and strong conformation. Eclypse did a great job at the few shows we were able to take him to, take a look at his show record and take a look at his genetics. Eclypse will be starting his breeding on our farm this spring. We look forward to see what he can do, which we are sure his cria will stand out in the show ring as he did. For his first breeding we will breed him to Moravia, our full Peruvian True Black female whose sire is Balboa.
