WE MISS YOU, PRIME! THE TOTAL PACKAGE! With a multi-champion silver gray sire, and El Nino's Accoyo Michelangelo as a grandsire, it's no surprise Prime is throwing elite quality offspring in modern rose gray, black and brown, and is endowing his crias with his physical traits, including lovely high frequency crimped belly fiber! Judges are not only singing his praises, but are also buying breedings to him! This medium brown, 1/4 Accoyo boy is a big winner in the show ring, already taking 40 ribbons, including 20 blues, 9 Color Championships/4 Reserve Championships! 4 years old & still winning in the 2+ yr old/mature classes! Most judges rated him as having both the finest and densest fleece in his class, and raved about his phenomenal conformation and large bone! Prime Minister is the son of our full Peruvian dam, Anais (dam of 5 Championship crias!) and our gray multiple champion stud, Kaleidoscope's Make it So. Prime's grandsire is superstud El Nino's Accoyo Michelangelo, who recently sold for over $120,000! Prime's great-grandsire is the renowned Pacific Crest Alpacas Accoyo El Nino. Prime has elite fleece with excellent brightness, density, and possesses a very high frequency crimp that extends all the way around his torso! YES - even his belly fiber has high frequency crimp! He also carries long held low micron genetics, and is passing them on. His dam, our dark brown female, Anais, still held a 23.0 micron fleece at the age of 10 - a feat many white animals are unable to match!

Gathering Daisies is a beautiful medium fawn girl. She comes from a very strong pedigree. Her sire is MFI Peruvian Gathering Storm, son of MFI Peruvian Jericho. Jericho's offspring have won over 385 ribbons and over 100 championships. If Jericho's name sounds familiar to you, it's because he is the sire of one of the hottest studs in the country at the moment - MFI Peruvian Jeremiah. Some of Daisies' other ancestors include MFI P. Black Mesquite, Accoyo Don Julio and more. Color abounds in the pedigree as well as quality! Daisies possesses superior density, coverage and crimp style combined with a soft handle. She was bred in 2010 to Chase Tavern's Greybeard, a multi-champion dark silver gray, for a 2011 cria. In 2011 she delivered a beautiful light brown daughter, with consistent, dense bundled crimp from head to toe. This first cria from Daisies already has taken a blue ribbon and Grand Championship, with more certain to follow! Daisies was bred in 2012 to our 20 blue-ribbon winning, 13x Champion/RC herdsire, Ren Farms' Prime Minister, who possesses an elite fleece where even the belly fiber has high frequency crimp! Prime Minister is the complete package as has been proven time and again in the show ring and in micron testing! Well, the wait was worth it, as Prime Minister's Portfolio arrived in 2013 with a marvelous conformation, density, handle and high frequency vicuna-style crimp that we have seen, time & again here, which has almost always predicted long-held low micron at our farm! Daisies was re-bred to CFI Peruvian Topgun, a stunning multi-champion, and this matchup produced yet another stellar cria for Daisies!

Description

Meet Prime Minister's Portfolio, or "Port", as we call him around the barn. His sire was our very own 13x Champ/Res Champ herdsire, Ren Farms' Prime Minister. Prime Minister has a phenotype that has had judges ooh'ing and ahh'ing since he begain his show career. At 4 yrs old, Prime was still showing and still winning blue ribbons and championships against animals 1/2 his age! Prime was able to do that because of his large bone, perfect conformation and excellent fiber stats: Color-medium brown, Age-4 yrs, AFD-19.7, SD-3.9, CV-19.8, %>30 1.6 Port's dam is our girl, Gathering Daisies, whose sire is MFI Peruvian Gathering Storm, son of MFI Peruvian Jericho. Jericho's offspring have won over 385 ribbons and over 100 championships. Jericho is the sire of MFI Peruvian Jeremiah. Some of Daisies' other ancestors include MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite, MFI Peruvian Gathering Storm, and Peruvian Bueno. Color abounds in the pedigree as well as quality! Port has a very similar phenotype that of his father, with a medium brown base color, highlighted with black points on his feet, muzzle and ears. His fleece is distinguished by a popcorned surface, which hints at the highly organized, dense crimpy bundling below. His architecture is consistent across his body, up to his head, around his belly and down to his feet. He has that very high frequency crimp that is associated with long-held low micron. We are salivating in eager anticipation of what the future holds for this guy. Micron testing on his first shearing revealed a Royal grade fleece (sub-18 micron), which was to be expected - given his sire and dam! We expect those micron scores to remain low for many years to come. As the only son in our herd out of our late, great herdsire, Prime Minister, he will be retained for a possible career on our herdsire row to replace his father. Those will be some very large footprints for him to follow in, and he is beginning that journey in a very respectable fashion!
