Principe is the proud sire of the 2012 AOBA Nationals Male Fawn Color Champion! Sinstina's Accoyo Destinati followed up his Reserve Color Banner at Nationals in 2011 with the Color Championship in 2012. A great tribute to Principe who continues to produce banner winners in all colors. There are not many fawn full Accoyo herdsires, but if you add the Legacy genetic line to that description, you really have something special. Now take the description and include his remarkable show career, and the result is a male that is predicted to make a huge impact on a farm's breeding program. Placing in the top two positions at large Level V shows, this boy has been judged with all the top fawns in the country by the most experienced judges. Even at 7 years of age, his fleece feels SOFT and DENSE. His 2010 histogram showed a 23.7 AFD with a CV of 18.1. Prince's cria have demonstrated his ability to pass along color, even through white dams and provide great fiber qualities and conformation. Prince's cria have included dark fawn, tuxedo gray, medium brown and black . He is throwing color darker than the dam 70% of the time! Even better than his ability to produce color is the remarkable fiber his cria exhibit. You'll be happy with the fineness...routinely 15-16 microns...and the beautiful crimp and density he provides. Prince has over 10 Banner winning offspring to his credit in gray, brown, and fawn and this Spring produced his first Judge's Choice winner from Alpacas of Pine Creek Valley. At the 2011 Southern Select Show, Prince had three banner winners from three different breeding programs...including his newest rose gray female! Last year Prince put TWO classic tuxedo gray cria on the ground for us out of gray dams!! Contact us for additional details on his cria and his fiber. Principe is part of our Highland's Progeny Promise. You have the choice of selecting a Herdsire and putting down only $500. When the cria is born, you will only pay the balance when You decide to register the cria. Our breeding fees are very reasonable...all under $2200 for Champion herdsires...so you are still getting a great value for your breeding dollar! Check out the details on our home page or contact us for more information. We feel like Principe is another good choice for breeders looking for density, fineness, and lovely crimp structure...along with Accoyo genetics... for their breeding females. Co-owned with Legacy Criations and Windy City Alpacas.

Accoyo America Mahatma

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)White
AOA# 1270723DOB: 7/4/200519 yrs
Mahatma is a full Accoyo herdsire of outstanding uniformity and density. He is a Nationals Champion and Reserve Champion as well as a Futurity Champion! Mahatma has won banners at the highest level in our industry. He produces crias with beautiful, highly structured fleeces with extremely dense locks. His 2011 son Accoyo America Siddhartha won Supreme Champion at the 2012 IAO as a juvenile, beating all the older males, and then went on to take a first at AOBA Nationals that year. Siddhartha sold at the 2012 Parade of Champions for over $90,000.00! His female offspring are also very highly valued within the Accoyo America breeding program. Mahatma has produced color when bred to it so don't be afraid to consider him for a color breeding. He descends from (Accoyo) Caligula and (Accoyo) Sunipani on the on the paternal side (El Nino) and (Accoyo) Vengador and (Accoyo) Pucara on the maternal side (Nirvana). Three of the top production females in Accoyo America's herd, Savanna, Oo La La, and Kahneeta are Mahatma daughters, in addition to his son, Siddhartha who was the IAO Supreme Champion and AOBA First Place White Juvenile Male last year. The characteristics that set Siddhartha and his siblings apart are what we call an "eye-popping" character to their fleece. They have extremely dense individual bundles that separate cleanly on inspection--the individual bundles have a synchronized sharp crimp structure and brightness that give the fleeces a dazzling quality (they also have a long staple length). The judges at the International Show, an Australian and a Canadian, asked to have their photos taken with him after the show. Mahatma stands stud at our farm from the Fall through to the Spring each year and then goes to our partner, Little Creek Farm Alpacas/Accoyo American for summer breedings. Mahatma is proudly co-owned with LCFA/Accoyo America.
