Accoyo Principe Dorato

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Light Fawn
AOA# 850771DOB: 8/7/200321 yrs
Accoyo Principe Dorato is now standing stud in the South East! We are thrilled to be partners with Highland Alpaca and Windy City Alpacas in this amazing herdsire. Principe is "talking the talk and walking the walk" when it comes to producing Champion Offspring. With over 10 Champion crias on the ground and several of those being multiple championship winners Principe is literally a PROVEN herdsire. Principe is now the proud Sire of the 2012 AOBA Nationals Male Fawn Color Champion Sinstina's Accoyo Destinati. Destinati followed up his Reserve Color Banner at Nationals in 2011 with the Color Championship in 2012. What more can we say about what this boy can produce as a herdsire, he is simply amazing. There are not many fawn full Accoyo herdsires in our industry but that combined with the Legacy genetic line gives you something very special. Now take the description and include his remarkable show career, and the result is a male that is able to make a huge impact on any farm's breeding program. Placing in the top two positions at large Level V shows, this boy has been judged with all the top fawns in the country and by the most experienced judges. Even at 7 years of age, his fleece feels SOFT and DENSE. His 2010 histogram showed a 23.7 AFD with a CV of 18.1. Prince's cria have demonstrated his ability to pass along color, even through white dams and provide great fiber qualities and conformation. Prince's cria have included dark fawn, tuxedo gray, medium brown and black . He is throwing color darker than the dam 70% of the time! Even better than his ability to produce color is the remarkable fiber his cria exhibit. You'll be happy with the fineness...routinely 15-16 microns...and the beautiful crimp and density he provides. Principe has over 10 Banner winning offspring to his credit in gray, brown, and fawn and this Spring produced his first Judge's Choice winner from Alpacas of Pine Creek Valley. At the 2011 Southern Select Show, Prince had three banner winners from three different breeding programs...including his newest rose gray female! Last year Prince put TWO classic tuxedo gray cria on the ground out of gray dams!! Weather you are chasing the Accoyo line or breeding for color, Principe is a great choice for breeders looking for density, fineness, and lovely crimp structure for their breeding females. Co-owned with Highland Alpaca and Windy City Alpacas.

Full Peruvian Foundation Female

CPeruvian Loretta

HuacayaBred (Female)Light Fawn
AOA# 806173DOB: 5/1/199925 yrs
Loretta is a proven mother with easy births and quick rebreeding and is a great foundation dam. Her Full Peruvian lineage and very strong genetics come from her sire CPeruvian Jaxon. She has a great frame size with correct confirmational traits from head to toe. She has a perfect bite and a beautiful face and she is still showing strong fiber traits for a female her age. She has been a great producer and usually passes on the color of the herd sire on to her crias. Loretta is an outstanding Peruvian Foundation Female with all the qualities that you look for when building a herd. Loretta recently produced and amazing Medium Fawn female cria. She is Full Peruvian and Half Accoyo out of our Champion producing Herdsire Principe Dorato. We were so pleased with Loretta's cria that we have again paired her with Principe Dorato. Loretta is due for another great cria next June!

Rose will bring color to your foundation along with a strong Accoyo lineage. All of her traits are perfect from her confirmation to her fiber characteristics. This is a very promising female cria that will grow into a great foundation dam. Rose is doing well in the ring and now has a Blue Ribbon to her credit. This young female has great confirmation and her fiber is showing very well in front of the judges.
