We are very excited about the offspring hitting the ground from our full Accoyo beige son of El Nino (Caligula's best son), who had a 16.3 micron fleece at one year! Dr. Norman Evans did a skin biopsy in the fall of 2005, and according to his results, Michelangelo's density is absolutely unmatched (S/P Ratio of 13.28/1 and follicle density an amazing 107 follicles per sq/mm)! One of the softest AND densest fleeces I've ever had the pleasure to touch! Multiple champion and blue ribbon winner in fleece and halter! Michelangelo had confirmed pregnancies at 22 months, and to date has many healthy CHAMPION offspring on the ground (including ROSE GREY, SILVER GREY, medium brown, light fawn, beige and white! His offspring took blues in both juvenile white male AND female classes at AOBA Nationals, and a grey took a blue at the Futurity! Judge Kevin O'Leary commented that a white Michelangelo offspring he judged at AOBA had "the finest fleece he'd had in his ring all day! Herdsire discounts from SSF do not apply to Michelangelo breedings. We will begin booking a few limited outside breedings for 2008.

Description

Michelangelo's Accoyo Tracker is a full Accoyo beige/light fawn, solid color everywhere. He's just like his dam in his coloring. Even light fawn that makes beutiful, soft, low micron yarn. Tracker's micron at 2 is a great 19. His dam is still low at age 7, and I still make it into yarn each year. The primaries are extremely close to the secondaries. Tracker is dense, crimpy, and has a lovely handle. Ask me for a fiber sample! Tracker is breeding, and is ready to go home with you to your herd. Let him bring full Accoyo genetics to your herd, and let him improve your next fleece harvest.
