Our Sterling Vindication, aka Vinnie, is a gray breeders dream... lock, LUSTER, fineness, density, an amazing phenotype, and wears the "Classic" silver gray tuxedo beautifully. He is a gray animal with fawn fleece characteristics! Vinnie's dam, Easy Street (a Color Champ and winner of Judges Choice award at 2008 Suri Network spin off), is an amazing female and producer of two gorgeous gray crias. His sire, MacGyver's Synergy, needs no introduction. This is a powerhouse of color genetics and quality in one package. Vinnie is closed to outside breedings.

Dam: Gotta Dance

Gotta Dance

SuriBred (Female)Dark Fawn
AOA# 826140DOB: 5/25/200321 yrs
Gotta Dance has been one of our foundation females since 2004. We are so grateful to her for giving us so many wonderful cria; including our Futurity 1st Place Winner, Macgyver son, Sultan of Swing. As we're minimizing our herd down to a cost manageable size, we're looking for a new home for her where she can continue breed and enjoy her life. She's always been an incredible mother, producing conformationally strong, healthy, big offspring, ALL of COLOR, generally throwing the color of the sire and of course ALWAYS SURI! Take her home, breed her and love her. Give us a call to discuss. . . When we first saw Gotta Dance as a 6 month old at Andy and Cheryl Tillman's she just stood out in a crowd of about 40 other animals. Her luster was incredible and her conformation perfect. After taking a 1st place at the 2004 Monterey Pronk, we sent Gotta Dance to be bred to incomparable DDF Peruvian Macgyver. We knew that this combination would produce an amazing animal (the same genetic lineage that produced Wing and a Prayer's Captain Morgan). And so it did! Her first cria, Sultan of Swing dripped luster like his mom and has the presence and incredible coverage of his dad. Sultan of Swing took 1st Place at the 2007 Futurity and two 2nd Place ribbons in his only 2 shows in 2006 as a juvi. Gotta Dance's mom, Simone of Bolivia is also the dam of Heart Breaker and Shake It Up Baby who went for $35,000 at the 2005 AOBA National Conference Auction. Gotta Dance has been an wonderful mom and easy birther with lots of milk and plenty of patience. Her 3 of her crias have weighed over 20 lbs at birth and had high IGg's having inherited their dam's confident personality. Gotta Dance gave birth to a stellar, medium fawn girl, "Dream Girl by Daedalus" born 10-13-07, from multiple Color Champion and Macgyver son Daedalus 2007! She's definitely worthy of being the next generation in her dam and sire's lineage. . . She was purchased by 925 Sterling Alpacas in '08. We rebred Gotta Dance right back to Daedalus, and had another "chip off the old block" "Kid Rock" who carries his sires strong conformation and fleece characteristics. Then Gotta Dance delivered a striking, Silken Gold male. Gotta Dance delivered a 2011 gorgeous tuxedo fawn girl from Sterling Alpaca's spectacular Silver Grey herdsire "Vindication". If one of his previous offspring is any reflection, this girl will throw grey and likely develop more grey in her fleece as she grows.

Description

Vindication's Tara is a silky tuxedo'd fawn daughter of 925 Sterling's silver grey Champion sire Vindication. This girl carries lovely bone and fleece coverage and with the tuxedo markings, her sire's propensity to throw grey. As Ian Watt once said, "What are you looking at when you see a fawn with a white face and white tuxedo markings? A GREY!" She is confirmed pregnant, bred to Tanglewood's multi Champion True Black herdsire, "SPAR'S Coal-ter" for a 2014 late spring cria. Coal-ter also carries grey genetics on both his dam and sire's side. This little lady would be a wonderful addition to anyone's herd who is focused on breeding for grey.
