Black Chips Delight

SuriBred (Female)Bay Black
AOA# 842776DOB: 7/19/200222 yrs
Affectionately abbreviated as BCD, Black Chip's Delight is tall and sturdy, the picture of health, of almost Amazonian proportions. She produces crias that share her health and stamina. On herd health check days with our vet, we rarely if ever note any sort of malady by BCD's name, or that of any of her crias. She gives birth with ease and her milk production is good. BCD has been as trouble-free as we could dare to wish. As can be seen from the photos on this page, Black Chip's Delight can generally be relied upon to produce crias that are some combination of true black and white. For 2011 we bred her to Kobe of PVA, a favorite cross, and sure to produce some exciting color! We were not disappointed: BCD provided us with a beautiful true black female! BCD gave birth to another cria by Kobe in September 2012. This little man is true black, with a white chin, and white feet, and an engaging personality...just like his brothers and sisters!

Service Sire: Koyoto of PVA

Third Generation Color Champion

Koyoto of PVA

SuriHerdsire (Male)Medium Brown, DarkBrown
AOA# 1171433DOB: 6/19/200519 yrs
Koyoto of PVA is a 3 time Color and Reserve Color Champion who has been producing Color Champions for Park View these last few years. These include: Shiraz of PVA 2010 IAO Color Champion 2010 AWE Reserve Color Champion Luminoso of PVA 2010 CABA Classic Reserve Color Champion Caramel Sensation of PVA 2012 IAO Color Champion and Supreme Color Champion 2012 Futurity Reserve Color Champion 2012 CABA Classic Color Champion 2012 AOBA Nationals Color Champion Pippa of PVA 2012 SWRAS Color Champion 2012 California Classic Color Champion Koyoto imparts two distinct features to his crias. The first is physical--almost all of them inherit bright lustrous fleece. Every one of them has enjoyed bouncing, robust good health. The second is tempermental--almost every Koyoto cria is fun to be around. They love people. They are easy to halter train and work with. Koyoto is a repository of some very fine blood lines. He carries the blood of Mahogany Prince thanks to his mother, Keana of PVA. Koyoto’s sire is MacGyver, and his maternal grandmother is PVA’s powerhouse foundation female, Peruvian Fawn Alli. When you're breeding alpacas, it's hard to ask for more than that.

Description

Panda of PVA has unique, one-of-a-kind markings. No need to put a nametag on this girl! In addition to her striking colors, Panda is a sweet-tempered, gentle girl. This year, she gave birth to her first cria, a male by Koyoto of PVA. She took to motherhood like a duck to water. Her milk production is excellent, her birthing was easy, and her cria has grown magnificantly this summer. Her cria won't need a name tag, either! His fleece is already forming nice little locks with a bit of shine inside. He is friendly and likes human companionship. He is also an intelligent fellow-halter training him was a breeze. Panda is the daughter of Black Chips' Delight and Diamonte of PVA. Color and fancy markings are in her blood. Check out her dam's Openherd page if you want to see what this family is capable of! Black Chips Delight, or BCD as we call her, is out of BBFAI Angel's Delight and by Black Chip. Angel's Delight, bay black with a bit of white, is a daughter of PPeruvian Angel. Black Chip was a true black suri out of 4P Cafe Ole and by 4P Magnifico.
