Reserve Color Champion, 4 Time Blue Ribbon Winner, Solid True Black, Full Peruvian, Son of AOBA National Conference Reserve Color Champion, More than 10 ribbons to his name. Sure, we're proud to have Scotty here on our farm. We can now proudly add producer of color champion to his list of attributes. Scotty has produced several blue ribbon cria proving that he can pass on his exceptional fleece qualities & excellent typey conformation to his offspring. At the latest show, the Western NY Show, his cria took two blues (in grey and black) and a color championship in black! We love the rich, wonderful array of colors that alpacas come in. We want a rainbow of natural colors grazing in our fields. We don't, however, want to sacrifice the soft, fine fleece that is so often associated with the lightest colored alpacas. Here too, Scotty has what it takes. Judges have made comments (right before handing him a blue ribbon!) on his density, consistent crimp throughout his blanket and on his outstanding fineness and handle. What is equaly important (or perhaps even more important) is that Scotty is keeping his fineness and density as he matures. He recently took a 1st place ribbon at the 2005 Buckeye Classic in a mature true black class. The judge placed him 1st & commented on the wonderful hand of his fleece for an older male. In his last show, the 2005 PAOBA Breeders Showcase, Scotty was awarded a blue ribbon by Jude Anderson who placed him 1st based on his density, fineness, hand & excellent conformation. We are proud to have Scotty's genetics to our herd. Come & visit. We are confident you will be just as impressed as we are with his show record, the feel of his fleece, his conformation & his presence. He resides here at Ideuma Creek all year.

Dam: Agnes

Bred to Champion Peruvian Black!

Agnes

HuacayaBred (Female)Dark Silver Grey
AOA# 832289DOB: 6/18/200024 yrs
Agnes is a beautiful dark silver grey alpaca from exculsively black and grey bloodlines. She has a sweet face and gentle nature. Agnes's first two cria were beautiful reddy-fawn females (both times bred to white). When bred to Cymon, our rose-grey herd sire, Agnes produced Granite, a gorgeous rose grey male who now is a future herd sire in PA. Last year she delivered a very nice fleeced dark silver grey out of our Perucoyo Icon. This year Agnes gave us a gorgeous solid true black girl out of our champion herdsire, Peruvian The Scotsman. We have rebred Agnes to The Scotsman for a hopeful repeat performance in the summer of 2010 - or even better yet - a silver grey! Agnes is in an unbelievable package deal with another young rose grey girl who will be bred to a full Accoyo champion this spring, a true black girl bred to a silver grey blue ribbon winner and a beige girl who covers black bred to Accoyo Zagot. All three bred girls will deliver this summer. It's a fantastic opportunity for just $9500.

Silver Bullet is stunning. Perhaps the color most desired by alpaca breeders, Silver can produce any and every color alpaca. When bred to solid black dams, he should produce only black and silver grey cria. And color isn't all he has to offer! Coming from full Peruvian descent, his fleece is exceptionally soft and crimpy - even his tail is crimpy! Bullet has good density and nice coverage. Bullet has very little white on his legs and an almost solid silver grey blanket, something that judges like to see! Bullet's sire has multiple ribbons, Bullet has multiple ribbons, as does his full sister. He is destined to produce ribbon winners himself. We are delighted to add Peruvain Silver Bullet to our herd sire line up. He is fully owned and will reside here at Ideuma Creek all year long. Spring 2009 Update - Bullet's first two cria are here - a dense, crimpy true black solid male here at Ideuma Creek, and a gorgeous silver grey full Peruvian girl at Heather-Rayne Farm. We're both delighted with these first Silver Bullet offspring! Summer 2010 Update - More Bullet cria have arrived! Silver Grey Silver Bella sold before she was weaned. True black females Eclipse and Abbey Dubbel are gorgeous. Gentle Breeze Alpacas had silver grey Annie, a beautiful girl, and Bambi gave us a dense, fawn fiber-blocked boy who is fabulous. We are very pleased with Bullet's performance and look forward to his 2011 cria crop.
