This is when it hit us that Raindance really has proven himself to be a great producer, not just for the fact that Sabado took home the purple, but because the champion of the white male the year before, Black Hill's Zodiak, was also a Raindance cria. That makes TWO YEARS in a row that a Raindance cria has won that championship! Then, in 2011 Sabado had the highest scoring fleece in the show and his daughter had the second highest score. Boy were we impressed!!!

After years of good work producing cria for us, we have decided to put Breeze into retirement. She seems happy to be out running the fields as the dominant, older female. 2008: Sabado Noche, her first cria, is a beautiful compact crimpy male with a consistent 16 micron. He has the awesome characteristics just like his Sire. He was the composite white male color champion at the 2010 AROW Alpaca Affaire and had the highest scoring fleece at the same show in 2011. 2009: Royal Icon is a beautiful boy with amazingly bright fleece. The judge love his consistent micron! Beaten by Sabado to take second at the 2011 AROW Alpaca Affaire. 2010: Lady Verona another fleece that is extremely consistent in micron with little medulation. She had the highest scoring female fleece at the 2011 AROW Alpaca Affaire and the only fleece to beat her was her older brother, Sabado. 2012: Calypso is a beautiful male that again has that trademark consistent micron.
