Sire: Lanark Peruvian Cimarron
30960992<--ari-->White<--color-->Peruvian - A hidden gem! This male has it all. Perfect conformation, fiber with luster, density and character, most of all he passes this on to his offspring. Fiber stats, that at age 8, still read like a 4 year old. Cimarron loves to give females. Son of the great Pizarro, his white color belies the darker crias he has thrown with outstanding fleece characteristics. <--description-->
Service Sire: El Nino's Accoyo Iago
30960992<--ari-->White<--color-->Sadly, our dear boy Iago passed away August of 2014. His memory lives on in his offspring still on the farm. He will be missed.
Iago had a wonderful presence and a sweet personality- he was a gentleman and a sweetheart! He was also very robust with solid, sturdy legs, a straight topline, and exceptional coverage- just a big, teddy-bear of a macho. His cria are exhibiting the same sweet, easygoing temperaments! Iago is producing well put together babies covered to the toes with gorgeous, fine, crimpy fiber.
With his West Coast bloodlines, Iago has about 2 dozen striking cria on the ground to date as well as some grand kids. He has consistently thrown color when bred to color and white when bred to white.
His first offspring to show received a Color Championship - at her first show!
Iago's best trait was his ability to replicate himself. His offspring on our farm are distinctively his and when I look at pictures of his progeny from other farms, they are unmistakeably his. He has no guard hair in his blanket and he passes that excellent quality on to his offspring.
El Nino's Accoyo Iago was co-owned with our friends Kate & Scott McKelvie of Alpacas of Sunset Fields. We would love to show off his kids and grand kids.

Azizi is the kind of girl you CAN bring home to mother. She is so relaxed, you can walk right over her in the barn. Her fleece is as beautiful as her personality and it should be given her pedigree. She is thick with crimpy coverage all the way to her toes. With her first female cria on the ground in 2010, she has proven to be a wonderful mom. Izzy gave us a 2nd beautifully correct and crimply little cria in October 2012. Phoebe Jammin' is growing into a wonderful young lady - the spitting image of her mama. I'm expecting mucho fleece from her next shearing season. Her 3rd cria is a male - Free Fallin Heartbreaker and he's already looking like a fleece monster!
