Cameron doesn’t need us to tout his praises. He speaks for himself through his amazing show record, his astonishing fleece and his legendary pedigree - and now his multiple banner-winning ofspring in fawn, brown, black and grey. We first met Cameron when he was only four months of age. Seeing he was already something special, we eagerly purchased half interest from our friends Ian and Jennifer Lutz of Cas-Cad-Nac Farm. Then we waited and watched him mature into a finer yet denser version of his sire, Snowmass Nova, who won the Herdsire of the Year award two years in a row. He is a veritable new and improved edition! Cameron carries EXCEPTIONAL dense, bright fleece with SPECTACULAR (almost unbelievable) high frequency crimp. There is a perceptible sigh or gasp everytime we part his fleece to show off to visitors. We can confidently say he is one of the nicest black males out there today. We are delighted to have him in our program as he continues to produce winners for us year after year! Cameron is proudly co-owned with Cas-Cad-Nac Farms.

Emelise Alpacas is thrilled to announce the newest member of our herdsire row - Nevada! 2009 AOBA National Conference/World Fleece Show Fawn Color Champion Nevada is an awesome blending of the lines of Jeremiah and Donovan. He is a multiple champion and he is incredible. Nevada is a rich dark fawn color with a highly-advanced fleece exhibiting high-amplitude, high frequency crimp. His fleece is amazingly bright with incredible density adn staple length packed on a solid frame with outstanding conformation. As a matter of fact, his fleece scored a perfect weight score of '20', which is very rare and the highest score that can be achieved. Nevada's sire, Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, is the 2008 and 2009 Herdsire of the Year. Jeremiah has produced many champions for Magical Farms and Majestic Meadows Alpacas. In his short career, Jeremiah's offspring have already won over 235 ribbons and over 100 championships. Jeremiah produces many colors and we expect the same from Nevada. His his dam is also a multiple Champion - Peruvian Neala. Neala was one of the females who dominated show rings a few years ago. Neala also produced a BLACK female full sister to Nevada, so we are confident Nevada will produce the full spectrum of colors. We plan on using him on females ranging from white to black and even gray! Peruvian Nevada has genetic contributions from these outstanding industry legends: Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, MFI Peruvian Jericho, 5Peruvian Inca's Ransom, MFI Peruvian Donovan, Accoyo PPPeruvian Augusto, Peruvian Dakotia, Peruvian Bueno, Peruvian Don Julio and equally impressive, successful females. His outside breedings are limited to 5 per year and sell for $4000. Of course, females bred to Nevada are also available for purchase. Call today for fleece samples or to schedule a visit.

Description

If you like fawn females with a strong black background, look no further. Here she is. Papi was sired by none other than our true black Futurity-champion rockstar, CCNF Cameron who we proudly co-own with our friends at Cas-Cad-Nac Farm. Her dam is Abenaki Azesko, who is also a fawn out of a black dam and black grandsire. That gives Papi black on both sides of her pedigree. And a healthy dose of HemiAccoyo in her pedigree never hurt anything! She has ultrafine, glowing, high amplitude, high frequency crimp and staple length galore. Judge’s comments include “she the kind of softness and handle that made you just want to keep running your hands across her fleece” and “lovely presence… lovely handle and crimp structure. Impressive density!”. An independent evaluation by an AOBA certified judge assigned her scores of 18 out of 20 for crimp, micron and density. She is very easy to work with and a joy to have on the farm. Papi is currently open but sells with a breeding. We strongly suggest rebreeding her to our world fleece champion son of Jeremiah, LMFI & TNT Neveda. We have been very excited about our Cameron/Neveda crosses. Neveda’s stellar uniformity, crimp and brightness will augment Papi’s already gorgeous fleece and extend her blanket size even further. Neveda has sired champions and judge’s choice winners. A Nevada daughter recently sold at auction and was high selling female, selling for $26000. The cria from this pairing could be the next in that list of champions and high sellers.
