Stone is the complete package! He was hand picked from the 'Cloud' line, raised by one of the best breeders in the biz...Barry & Debbie Bartmasser of Emerald Farm Alpacas! From head to toe he has everything a breeder wants & desires!!! Stone has a stubby head w/ a full & dense topknot. His fleece is extremely dense & stamped w/ deep, uniform crimp. Stone has a beautiful, butter soft fleece & very long staple length. Stone has a strong & well-balanced heavy bone structure. His bite is perfectly aligned under the top pallet & centered exactly correct. His genetics go back to two of the best..."Pperuvian Victor" & "Danko"!!! Pperuvian Victor (deceased) was the youngest male that arrived in the Peruvian importation in 1994, & in the words of the late Dr. Jim Vickers, had the "most beautiful fleece". Victor's fleece swept the awards @ the 1995 AOBA National Fleece Show! Victor sheared an incredible 14.5 lbs per year w/ over 8 pounds of blanket, & a staple length of over 6 inches. The hallmarks of Victor offspring are superior crimp, density, luster, fineness, & excellent staple length along with an ability to transmit all of these qualities in a wide range of colors. He is the only Accoyo male to have so many prize winning offspring in such a wide color range. The trademark style of the "Victor crimp" has become widely known in the North American alpaca industry. Danko is a phenomenal silver gray herdsire. He is well-known for throwing champions of all colors, especially gray & black. He has excellent strong bone structure, extensive fiber coverage & passes a typey conformation onto his offspring. The fleece of his cria tend to exhibit very uniform & tight crimp throughout the blanket & have done exceptionally well @ shows. The oldest of the Stone babies, "Stone Cold Stunner" (DRG), hit the show ring...at only 6 1/2 months of age, & his 1st SHOW, Stunner won RESERVE COLOR CHAMPION!!!

Rainier Alpacas Poppie

HuacayaOpen (Female)True Black
AOA# 31094245DOB: 6/14/200915 yrs
Poppie is sired by the '05 AOBA National Gray Color Champion...'Emerald Farm's Rincon Cloud' (LSG)! Poppie has a compact conformation, balanced w/ a heavy boned frame. Her fleece is very dense, stamped w/ a small, tight crimp style. She has very heavy leg coverage & a stubby, fuzzy face. She had no problems birthing & had loads of milk. Poppie is also a wonderful mother! Her sire, Rincon, is the product of a very selective breeding program & stems from an amazing background of champions! Rincon was raised by one of the best breeders in the U.S., Barry & Debbie Bartmasser of Emerald Farm Alpacas in WA! Sue purchased him @ a young age & has done a superb job with Rincon! At the '05 Nationals, Judge Dr. Julio Sumar noted that Rincon was an excellent breed standard; compact, carries himself with extreme pride & very, very dense. He also has that beautiful "Rayo Del Sol head" & heavily fibered face. Rincon's 1st crop of babies entered the ring in a big way! At the '07 AlpacaPalooza show every single cria went home a winner! Often youngest in their classes they overwhelmingly impressed the judges; winning Get of Sire (ahead of Nishio and Absolute!), Gray Female Color Champion, Gray Female Reserve Color Champion & many 1st place ribbons! Rincon stamps is babies with his extreme density, full fibered heads & beautiful uniform crimp style. His ability to improve the dam has been dramatic. Rincon's dam is a gorgeous silver female & his sire is the rose grey 8 TIME Color Champion, 'Crescent Moon's Rayo Del Sol'! That's not all...his grandfather on his sire's side is 'Danko'! Poppie's dam, Raven, is an outstanding TB girl, sired by 'Premier's Absolute'! Wow!!! She is a definite eye catcher in the pasture. Her fiber filled typey head & conformation are both compact & attractive. The most frequently heard comment about Raven is that her luster is amazing, especially for a black!
