We knew he was great from the first time we saw him as a juvenile in the show ring. But it took us a few years to finally acquire him for our own herdsire line up and he's been batting 1000 with his progeny! Grand Slam is a 3/4 Accoyo, Full Peruvian medium fawn with blinding luster which he passes on to his cria. He's amazingly dense with beautifully fine fleece. He's built like a tank with perfect, compact conformation. And his disposition is akin to that of a golden retriever. He really is everything you would want in a superior male Suri alpaca. Hundreds of alpaca owners got to see him in the stud raffle at the 2010 MAPACA Jubilee where he was named Suri Herdsire of the Year!
