Bea is the foundation of our foundation herd. As soon as I saw her, I knew she was exactly what we were looking for. Her sire is Mr. Roosevelt, who is known for his fine fleece, something he has passed on to Bea. Her spot free fiber is simply yummy; it's super fine, bright and has beautiful crimp, all in an unusual shade of light rose grey. With the curls on her nose and expressive mascara eyes she is one enchanting alpaca. She has been a terrific, attentive mom who has easy births and lots of milk. This is one girl who read the book! To date Bea has given us 6 crias and every one has been a color champion. Her 2009 female, Bea's Knees, was the 2010 GWAS grey COLOR CHAMPION!!!! They get better and better. Check out the newest guy out of Orlando Cloud, gorgeous and SOLD!

Description

UPDATE! Little Bea just brought home the 2010 GWAS Color Champion Grey Female Banner!!!! What a great ending to our show season. I have to tell you were were in shock when Bea delivered a girl! It was just a matter of time and she was definitely worth the wait. She was 18lbs of sassy spunk. She is incredibly dense. It took us 2 hours with a blow dryer to get down in there and get her dry. She has bundles of high frequency, fine crimp that just shines when you part it. Let's see, density, brightness, fineness, crimp....and her momma's eyes. I think I am in love. I will be VERY hard pressed to sell this girl. Imagine what a female of this caliber can do for a breeding program. Beanie will make her debut at the A-OK Blast Off in 2010. And what a debut it was at her first show (level 4) She took the BLUE and the PURPLE in OK. We are thrilled! She is now officially the first female Grey Color Champ of 2010. Beanie delivered her first cria - a stunning BB FEMALE - Mischief is her name and she is as crimpy and fine as her momma! Can't wait to see this one develop! Beanie now has a modern rose gray male from Orlando Cloud. Her price includes this guy....he is awesome. I have to say my vet couldn't believe the density....she had the darndest time parting his fleece in his ear for a microchip....curls, curls and more curls! I am planning on breeding Beanie to Avatar, can you imagine? I can and can't wait! Bring her back for a breedback to Avatar because you are going to want to repeat that breeding!
