PacaBelle is the queen of our herd and the epitome of what we're breeding for. She exudes charisma and presence. She has inherited the tall conformation of her dam and the gorgeous fleece of her sire. She is by far the smartest of the animals, evading attempts to make her do something she doesn't want to do. She's a great PR animal and is a favorite of farm visitors. Her first cria was born in Fall 2007, a gorgeous and friendly female, brown with black points, sired by our award winning rose grey Kinross. Bred with our true black herdsire, Jasper Black, she gave us yet another female cria in 2008, a brown girl with black tips with her mother's personality. Two crias later, PacaBelle was still winning ribbons for her fiber! In 2014 she gave birth to our black champion Samson's first cria, a handsome dark brown male, PacMan. Her last cria weighed in at 20lbs, sired by our 2X champion black, Juno, was born in May 2018. PacaBelle is adopted by Njeri.

Description

Dutch is the son of multiple champion and 2010 'MAPACA Herdsire of the Year' Peruvian Lancaster. His dam is Pacabelle (self appointed queen of our herd) who did quite well in the show ring herself. Dutch was such a handsome little guy soon after he was born that he was nicknamed 'GQ' due to his handsome stud muffin looks. Now as an older cria he is still quite the looker and has the most amazingly soft yet dense fiber. Dutch started his show career with a third place in fawn juvenile halter at the NJ Classic. Unfortunately, Dutch has a heart murmur which he has not outgrown so we've had to take him out of our breeding program, regrettably. We will sell him as a fiber male without registration. Congratulations to Jon and Heidi Davis on their purchase of this wonderful boy!
