Some would argue that no other alpaca in the country has had as much impact on the industry as PPPeruvian Royal Fawn. He is a full Accoyo male with a history of passing on his fine-fibered genetics to his 406 offspring. Consistent show winners and high sellers, his progeny boast 108 known champions and 329 blue ribbons in every solid color group. Hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers, Royal Fawn is the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. According to Julio Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one better than he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru. PPPeruvian Royal Fawn was the 1999 and 2000 "Get-of-Sire" winner at the AOBA National Show, and record breaking highest selling male in alpaca history in October, 2005. He is the sire of Dom Lucilio, Double “O” Good’s legendary male known as the Herdsire of Champions with 73 known champion and nearly 200 blue ribbon offspring. Description

A full Peruvian 1/2 Accoyo and 1/2 Alianza herdsire that is "a chip off the old block". He passes on the incredible crimp and density of his sire. He is perfectly proportioned and has a royal presence on the farm. Bandaro's grandson is a 7x CHAMPION white who won 6 of his champions at 3 yo and his 7th was in fleece as RC and scored the finest overall (over juvies). One of Spring's halters was a RC while Heather's Acres took Champion. We were proud the judge took so long to determine the champion placements. Bandaro's lineage is short with 1 import dam and his sire side also is an import-Royal Fawn. His sire of course is full Accoyo and his dam is full Alianza. A respectable combination! Bandaro is still breeding at 13 years of age. Bandaro is perfect for a farm looking for a herdsire that will bring the fleece together for them, as well as, improve conformation. His back and legs are as straight as it gets. He has a attractive face and top not. We have his lineage through the majority of our herd and we need a super home where he can still work. If you need fawn in your breeding program, do not overlook this proven sire.
