Cinco is a beautiful foundation level Suri female. Her dam was a med. brown import from Bolivia. Her sire Wind Walker Ranch's Chief Grey Ghost, the product of exceptional imports such as Bolivian Black Magic and Absolut, with a shot of color from 4Peruvian Condor. She is one of the calmest females on the farm, an easy keeper and excellent mother. She has not been listed for sale before, only being offered now as part of our retirement herd dispersal sale.

Description

Indy born near Independence Day is a proud, large well boned male with lovely, independent pencil locks in glistening black. He is a calm male with exceptional Suri phenotype and boasts some of the best Suri genetics in his pedigree including PPeruvian Bruxo and his famous son, DDF Peruvian MacGyver, Bolivian Black Magic, and the infamous color producer 4Peruvian Condor of Great Lakes Ranch. We acquired Indy as a yearling and entered him in the 2012 MIAF fall show. Indy had been slick shorn in May 2012 and was up against two never shorn suri males in the full fleece class at MIAF - he earned the Blue. Indy took first in each of his halter shows, unfortunately none of them offered a championship. Indy has the presence and fiber characteristics to earn a champion title but was never shown with a large enough true black male Suri entry. At the small shows he attended he drew the attention of the best Suri breeders simply by walking around with his flowing gate and lovely twisted, glistening locks. I was asked once at a show if I had hand-rolled his locks to get them so perfect, to which I replied I hadn't even had time to rinse him off with a hose before the show let alone hand-groom his fleece! We bred Indy to our best Grey Suri Champion female in 2016. We lost our Rosalie to disease in December - the necropsy confirmed she was pregnant with Indy's offspring. We encourage astute Suri breeders to take advantage of the low sale price for this True Black gem named Indy!
