See why Merit's offspring are selling at high prices at the auctions!!! The fleece on these cria are amazing! Ask the large farms who have purchased these girls! Are you looking for some diversity in your program without compromising quality? Merit may be your answer with the full Alianza Inca Ransom bloodlines! Ransom came from the Alianza co-op (Antacalla Farm) of Peru. He was the "1 "tuco" macho to be exported out of Peru. He was known for his crias bright fleeces and beautiful heads! Inca's Ransom was the maternal grandsire of Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah! Merit also has 6Peruvian Accoyo Titan and Hemingway from his mom's side! Merit is a fabulous male with excellent fleece density and exhibiting high-frequency, high-amplitude crimp, and it is BRIGHT! With fleece converage so typical of Titan, there is no shortage of fiber! One of his most outstanding features is his flawless phenotype and conformation! At the auction, everyone commented on his perfect head! His skim biopsy reports a very reputable 64.5 follicular count! His biopsy indicated "nice gland presence" and "above average density and s/p ratio". What I can say are that those who have had their animals bred to him have come back for a second breeding! If you want density or conformation, Merit might be for you! Co-owned with Whistler's Glen alpacas and Coffee Pot Farms Alpacas!

HuacayaOpen (Female)White
AOA# 31781022DOB: 7/5/200915 yrs
This 1/2 Accoyo sweetheart has super fleece with tremendous crimp and absolutely incredible fiber length! Her 20 micron fleece has a SD of 3.46, CV of 15.13 and an incredible 115 staple length! This gal would have cleaned up in the ring had she been shown! Lineage includes the amazing Royal Fawn, Royal Avenger, and PPPeruvian Augusto! We do have her priced low for only 1 reason...she had some bad mite damage which roughened her back teets and thus we find that we supplement the cria. She is a fantastic mother and births/feeds easily, it is just that we do supplement (thru the day). If you are a stay at home alpaca farmer (we are not), she may be a fabulous steal for you and get yourself a fantastic foundation girl! One of our 2 year old Junior Herdsires is named White Magic...his fleece is the second best stats on the farm and he was 2+ years and the best was a juvi!

Description

Little Gypsy girl had a tough start in life. She was a little girl, but feisty! Her mom had scarred teets, so she had to go around and sneak to find milk where ever she could find it...she became an expert little milk thief, hence, she earned the name Gypsy!!! She is still tiny and will never be placed in our breeding program. Maybe she will grow bigger someday, but we only have 5 acres, so we have to choose some to move. Her siblings out of MFI Peruvian Merit were always the high sellers in the Magical Farms auctions. Maybe she could be a wonderful fit for your program???
