Avery is a beautiful black female who is a excellent mother. She has very nice fleece and a great personality. Avery had a cria this year but unfortunately she had a torsion (twisted uterus) and lost the 20lb black girl she was carrying. If you are not familiar with this problem it sometimes happens during late term pregnancy as the alpacas roll to dust themselves in the hot heat. She is fine and now pregnant again with seven time champion Juggarnaut from Redwood Alpaca Ranch. We are looking forward to a 2013 cria. Avery is a very special alpaca.
