CHAMPION Fawn Full Accoyo!

PHA Accoyo Zagot

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Medium Fawn
AOA# 30911383DOB: 8/15/200717 yrs
Elite, rare & colored full Accoyo genetics comprise our newest herdsire, Accoyo Zagot, who has his first confirmed pregnancies. At his very first fleece show, Zagot earned a blue ribbon (out of 7) and a COLOR CHAMPIONSHIP in lights! He also just took a blue in halter at the NJ Alpaca Show. Elite - Zagot is a powerhouse of Accoyo genetics. He is a cross of 2 of the best Accoyo parents out there. His sire is the recently deceased El Nino, considered by many to be the best son of Caligula. El Nino was described by a prominent judge as "the perfect alpaca" and took the coveted title of All American Alpaca Futurity Herdsire of the Year in 05. Zagot's dam is Astillero, a 95 import who has clearly produced some of the best full Accoyos in this country - a full brother to Zagot, Francisco (4 time champion),Stratosphere (5 Blues), & Armando who stands stud at Hilltop Alpacas. Zagot's sire & dam have both had a tremendous influence on the national herd. We are anxious for Zagot to have such an influence on our own herd. Rare - Zagot's bloodlines are about as rare as they come. He is a medium fawn full Accoyo which is rare enough. He is the last in his maternal bloodline. His dam died when Zaggot was only 2 months old. His sire, El Nino, died just months ago. Zagot's heritage simply can't be duplicated. Zagot is 1 of only 4 fawn full Accoyos that El Nino produced. Color - There are a very, very small # of fawn full Accoyos out there to begin with. Zagot is a fawn out of 2 of the best white Accoyos available in this country. His sire has produced several dark brown & a true black cria & his dam has produced 2 cria from different sires that have thrown black cria. With Zagot's dark gums and nails, he has a darn good chance of producing dark cria himself. We quite simply are thrilled to have him on our farm. His first cria here at Ideuma Creek have amazing fleece. He sired a bright, crimpy, uniform full Accoyo fawn girl, Accoyo Divinity, that we can't wait to show and our most recent addition to our herd, Peruvian Alexandra who has crimpy-beyond-belief fleece! PHA Accoyo Zagot is proudly co-owned with our good friends, Kevin & Martha Cady of Gentle Breeze Alpacas. His breeding fee is for a limited # of outside breedings.

Conan's Peruvian Caramel

HuacayaOpen (Female)Medium Fawn
AOA# 30938311DOB: 6/4/200717 yrs
Cara is absolutely adorable. She has the cutest fiber blocked face and the most gorgeous topknot. Cara's fleece is exceptionally soft with a mean fiber diameter of only 16.8 on her first fleece and 19.7 on her second! She is buttery soft! Cara's sire is Peruvian Conan, sire to six time fawn champion, Lancaster, two time true black champion, Kodiak, and champion fawn, Fabian. Conan is known for adding beautiful crimpy fleece and staple length to his award winning cria. Cara's dam, Xtra Special Missy is a Peruvian Black Magic daughter and a Peruvain Jaxon grandaughter. There's plenty of quality black in her genes. Cara's first cria was a black boy! Cara's fleece is just what you would expect - very soft, dense and crimpy. Check out her full sister, Peruvian Bambi, also on our farm. Bambi is a multiple blue ribbon winner, and Caramel's maternal sister, Ideuma Creek's Peruvian Marnia just took a CHAMPIONSHIP in black! Cara is bred to our full Peruvian silver grey herd sire, Shooting Star's Peruvian Grey Matter for her 2016 cria. Since we know Cara covers black, we should get black, silver grey, fawn or rose grey from this pairing. It will be an exciting time for us when she delivers! She has been a top producer for us here at Ideuma Creek. She also is invaluable when it comes to adopting cria that need more milk. One time she even produced milk for a needy cria when she wasn't nursing or even pregnant! She is a forever girl here on our farm.

Description

ButterScotch is an adorable girl. Her face is irresistable. Her buttery fleece is crimpy, bright and soft and her genetics rock. Really, you are going to have a hard time finding a girl this nice, from these genetics for this price. ButterScotch's sire is our fawn champion,PHA Accoyo Zagot who also has three blue ribbons in halter and in fleece. Her dam is one of our favorites, Conan's Peruvian Caramel and is pictured on our business card. She is also my picture for facebook. This makes ButterScotch's paternal grandsire El Nino and her maternal grandsire Conan, the sire of Lancaster and Kodiak! Add a little Black Magic and a touch of Astillero, and you have one very nice looking pedigree. I'll go further. ButterScotch's ARI is short. There are only ten ancestors listed, but each and every one of them have produced champion cria! ButterScotch is destined to do the same. She is a gorgeous rich fawn with dark points. She is a full Peruvian and a half Accoyo girl derived from some of the most tested-and-true genetics in this country. Her fleece is incredible - soft, bright, crimpy and consistent. She is, of course, the product of two of the best alpacas on our farm. Her sire, Zagot's micron weighs in at 19, and her dam, Caramel is one of the softest alpacas on our farm with a micron of only 17. She still is so young, but we're planning her breeding already! We've bred a ton of our girls to our Express son, Accoyo Cuba Libre. If he does what we think he will, we'll be bringing ButterScotch to him. Cuba will maintain or improve ButterScotch's already very fine fleece with his micron of 16. The two of these will produce a full Peruvian 3/4 Accoyo fawn or darker with the genetics for very, very fine fleece! For a limited time, we are offering ButterScotch in a package with her dam for $8500. Caramel is currently open. We would breed her to your choice of our herdsires. We'd recommend Accoyo Stratosphere or Accoyo Invasion. This package includes an additional 2 breedings - one more for Cara and one for Butterscotch (or you can use them on any of your own females)
