We are so proud to have Arcadia here on our farm. Her potential is limitless. She's a young, beautiful, full Accoyo female with nothing but champions in her background. Arcadia's dam, Accoyo Estrella, is known for producing incredible offspring, including Accoyo Brutus (beige), a multiple blue ribbon winner and color champion. Acardia's sire, Accoyo Express, needs no introduction. He not only has several blue ribbons and a reserve color championship, his cria time and time again impress the judges in the showring. He is considered by many to be one of the top studs in the country. Arcadia has not only the genetics of champions, she has color (and lots of it) in those genetics too! Arcadia herself is white. Her dam has thrown both beige and light fawn cria, and her sire has thrown every color including black and grey. Her first cria has arrived, and we are thrilled - a consistent medium fawn blue ribbon girl named Accoyo Accolade out of Michaelangelo. Arcadia gave us a gorgeous fawn girl out of Stratosphere so we rebred her to him in 2013. In 2014 she delivered an amazing young male, one of the best we've made on our farm. She is open right now. We plan to breed her first thing in the spring of 2017. If you purchase her now you can decide the herd sire - Accoyo Stratosphere, Accoyo Invasion, Accoyo Cuba Libre, Accoyo Zagot - there are a lot of options for this girl!

Description

Accoyo Tancho is a beautiful young male with loads of potential. His lineage is exceptional. His dam is NorthCoast Arcadia, an Express daughter. His sire, our own blue ribbon herd sire, Accoyo Ironman, a Victor son. Full Accoyo genetics are always attractive, but when the grandsires are two of the most respected full Accoyos in the country, people take notice. In addition to impressive genetics, Accoyo Tancho has color. He has brown markings around his face and head. In our experience breeding alpacas, this means he can and will be able to produce at least brown alpacas. If you're looking to produce dark full Accoyos or improve the quality of an existing dark herd, Accoyo Tancho just may be for you. His fleece is beautiful. He is incredibly soft, fine and has good crimp and excellent density. Tancho is a proud young male who stands straight and correct with a stout, typey build and heavy bone. His bite is as perfect as they come. We just received his first histogram back from Yocom-McColl, and we were not surprised with his excellent numbers. His CV is only 19.7 indicating a very consistent, uniform fleece! This future herdsire will add top-notch full Accoyo colored genetics to your herd.
