Look for Royal Avenger at the Breeders Edge Auction in August! It was a difficult decision but it's one we needed to make. We have decided to sell our interest in Royal Avenger. He has produced some outstanding offspring for us and is a wonderful male with a delightful temperament. The only problem is that we now have too many that are related to Royal Fawn; we are at the point where we need to introduce some new genetics into our herd. You've seen him and you've seen his offspring in the show ring. They are truly remarkable. There's no doubt--he will improve your herd. Royal Avenger has proven to be the next generation of Accoyo excellence to sire a clan of superior offspring. His sire, Royal Fawn, is a producer of champions and one of the highest selling herdsires in history. His dam, Mariah, is also a producer of many ribbon winners. Avenger’s show record is noteworthy with nine blue ribbons, a reserve color champion and two color championships. His offspring have demonstrated that they have what it takes to be champions in the showring, compiling win after win against tough competition. At the age of 10, Avenger maintains a fleece that is extremely dense with bundles and crimp. His coverage is phenomenal from his full bonnet down his strong-boned legs. As if that were not enough accolades, he is a confident breeder with a gentle temperament. Whether you're looking for fine fiber qualities or color, you can achieve both. He has produced offspring from white, to fawn, to brown, to true black, and even grey. The possibilities are limitless. Avenger is on the path already to becoming one of the most recognized herdsires in North America and will continue to breed success. Avenger is co-owned with Stachowski Alpacas who is also selling their interest.

Dam: Accoyo Dazzler of MFI

Don Juan Daughter!

Accoyo Dazzler of MFI

HuacayaBred (Female)White

Included in our ABUNCANCE OF ACCOYOS SALE - we have to make room for our 2012 cria. This price is for a limited time only and is more than half off! For more information or to view a complete list of alpacas included in this sale, visit our website at www.icalpacas.com Accoyo Dazzler was made at Magical Farms. She is the product of Desert Flower, a foundation female for Magical Farms and the legendary Accoyo import, Don Juan, who was also owned by Magical at the time. Desert Flower's dam Desert Velvet, is a 1996 import who was rated an unbelievable 9.5 out of 10 at the time of importation! Now that's as close to an ideal alpaca as they come! These genetics are close to the Accoyo herd in Peru tracing back just one generation on Dazzler's paternal side and two on her maternal side. Dazzler is an excellent dam who has produced excellent quality cria - sometimes beige and sometimes white. Her 2011 cria out of Royal Avenger is incredible. We named her Accoyo Bedazzled, and she is one of John's favorites born on our farm this year. Her fleece is stunning. It is already evident that this girl is going to be something special. Dazzler has a fawn spot on her neck. Our experience and our knowledge of genetics tell us that when bred to fawn, Dazzler has a good chance of throwing a fawn cria. Keeping this in mind, we decided to breed Dazzler to Accoyo Cuba Libre, an Express son and a maternal Leon grandson, for her 2012 cria. Cuba is a multiple ribbon winner with a 16.4 micron fleece. It's as soft as butter, has beautiful crimp and an impressive staple length. We're hoping for color from this match, but we're banking on quality. Dazzler's 2012 cria should be awesome! Accoyo Dazzler is proudly co-owned with our good friends Dean and Terry Lucas of Stone Ridge Farm Alpacas.

Description

We waited for this little girl to be born for a long time! We were thrilled when we entered our partnership with Dean and Terry Lucas of Stone Ridge Farm Alpacas and discovered Bedazzled's dam, Accoyo Dazzler, was bred to Royal Avenger. One of our star herd sires, SA Accoyo Invasion, is an Avenger son, and we are elated with the ribbons he has taken and the cria he has produced here at our farm. To have a Magical dam out of Don Juan bred to Avenger was more than we could ask for (and more than we wanted to wait for!) Dazzler did not disappoint. Accoyo Bedazzled took our breath away. This little girl has exceptional fleece. She is dense, crimpy beyond belief and soft. She already has that stout, typey conformation that appeals to judges and breeders alike. And her face - oh, her face! She is absolutely adorable and is developing one of those wonderful fiber filled teddy bear faces everyone (including me!) loves. Bedazzled is a paternal sister to our SA Accoyo Invasion who has 8 championships and 16 blue ribbons, the Judge's Choice Fleece Award and the Special Fleece Award of Best Brightness. He has successfully passed on these characteristics to his cria here at Ideuma Creek. They have taken 14 championships in fleece and halter, The Judge's Choice Award, 5 different cria have taken the Best Brightness Award and 3 different cria have taken The Best Crimp Award. We have every reason to believe Bedazzled will be just like her brother and produce the best of the very best fleeced full Accoyo cria. Included in her price is a breeding to the Ideuma Creek herd sire of your choice. We have many to choose from - fawn Legacy son, Accoyo Stratosphere, fawn El Nino son, Accoyo Zagot, fawn Victor son, Accoyo Ironman, fawn Stratosphere son, Accoyo Truman - all of which are blue ribbon winners or champions and/or have produced blue ribbon and champion offspring.
