WE PAY HOMAGE TO ONE OF THE GREAT ONES. ALAS, WE ARE SAD TO LOSE OUR "SONNY" in 2016, multi-champion producer of champions with lingering fineness. “Sonny” is among the best males our suri industry has ever produced, so we considered it an incredible opportunity to partner on this amazing 15-Time Champion, 28-Time Blue Ribbon winning male. Perhaps, Mike Safley described Pival Blazen Son best at the 2003 Futurity when he said, “This animal has it all- his tail is as good as his blanket-perfect bite-finest fiber in the class.” His fiber stats are impeccable- his first fleece in 2002 showed a mean diameter of 16.7 microns and he produced 8 inches of regrowth after his first shearing. Not to mention his show record. Aside from being awarded the most championships to any suri male at the time, “Sonny” accomplished the seemingly impossible, becoming a 2-time Futurity Color Champion and a 2-time AOBA National Color Champion in both halter and fleece against the nation’s best white suri males. Even after retiring from the show ring and starting his breeding career, his fleece has continued to take the blue at the Nationals year after year for 4 years in a row! With 28 blues in halter and fleece and 15 championships to his name, Pival Blazen Son IS the most decorated white suri male in the nation! With the competition in the white class, this is no small feat, and may likely never be topped! Most important of all, this ¾ Accoyo full Peruvian male is producing multi-champions of his own, and he’s done it in both the white and the colored classes! What is exceptional prepotency? With 33 registered offspring as of 2010, some still too young to show, Pival Blazen Son is producing 1/3 CHAMPION cria - and his champions are all coming from different dams! “Sonny” has proven that he can do it all. Pival Blazen Son's breedings are available on a LIMITED basis. Or purchase a female bred to Sonny or one of his offspring.

Dam: SOLD! Peruvian Faith of LFA

Belmonte Champion & Champion Producer

SOLD! Peruvian Faith of LFA

SuriOpen (Female)White
AOA# 30002731DOB: 9/19/200618 yrs
This beautiful female is a multiple show winner and daughter of LFA Accoyo Belmonte, who has collected 10 blue ribbons for Get-of-Sire as of the 2007 show season. Faith was 1/3 of the Get in 2007. Faith also helped earn 5 blue ribbons for breeders best group of 3. Everyone knows what her sire Belmonte can do, but what makes Faith so special is also her dam! Haucho's Promise, in both 2006 and 2007, received 5th place in the ultra-competitive national AOBA show for Produce of Dam and has produced 3 champion offspring in a row. Faith was 1/2 of the produce of dam team in 2007. Phenotypically, Faith is perfect. Her fiber sports the greasy slick handle we are all striving for. She has very healthy fleece, excellent coverage, body capacity and ample bone. Faith had a gorgeous white junior herdsire in the making out of the most decorated white suri male ever, our PIVAL Blazen Son. We just knew combining the lines of Belmonte and Pival Blazen Son would be a winner, and the proof is evident in Prodigal Son (sold). Faith was next bred to our 1/2 accoyo 11-Time Brown Champion Armed and Dangerous, and another gorgeous beige cria and stud in the making is seen in Marshall Law. Faith was then bred to Montoyo's Antonio, a Ramilo/Cantano cross, and has produced a gorgeous, lusterous, dense and greasy light fawn girl with rolling skin, the best cria on our farm in 2011 - Shoshanna, who has gone on to develop an outstanding show record! Faith was rebred to Montoyo's Antonio and has given us another stunning girl, this time a light multi with incredible luster and dripping locks named Gioia, who is already a multi-champion in halter and fleece.

Description

The Prodigal Son has arrived. "Prodigy" is the first cria born at Andean Vista Ranch out of our 15-Time Champion, the most decorated white suri male in the nation, PIVAL Blazen Son. Paired with our champion Belmonte daughter, PIVAL Blazen Son really wowed us with this boy. Tons of luster, a fine fleece with plenty of locks and perfect conformation. Between his sire and grandsires, more than 25 championship banners went into making this Prodigal Son, and the Prodigy did not disappoint taking home the RESERVE COLOR CHAMPION at his very first show! The Prodigal Son is here and we are more impressed with him every day. As we own his sire and have a herdsire from the same lines as his dam, we are willing to sell half or full interest in this outstanding young male. Or 1/2 interest is available at $5,000. Thank You and Congratulations to Brian Brown of Lakeland Alpacas, Whispering Oaks Alpacas, and Drummond Farms Alpacas on the purchase of Prodigal Son!
