We weren't very surprised when Bad Bad began his show career bringing home blue ribbons from his first two shows. Full Peruvian, half Accoyo and solid medium brown out of a Ninotchka daughter and 10-Time Champion Accoyo Belmonte, Leroy continued to prove he can hang in any class and ribboned in every single halter class he was entered in (12 times), including 2 Futurity Shows and 2 trips to the AOBA Nationals! Bella is a beautiful true black out of two black parents, and her sire is 5-Time Black Champion, Cantano's Blazing Son. Cantano's Blazing Son was the winningest son of the late Cantano and one of the few males to ever beat MacGyver's Balboa. Bella exhibits some of the finest qualities of her sire, a striking suri head, ample density and substance and strong conformation. Jet black when young, she is now turning gray a bit across her fleece. This girl should produce black, grey and maroon with the right breeding. Bella was bred to our black champion herdsire out of Young Felipe/Rockstar lines, GLR Bacchus, and delivered a pretty black girl, Egypt. GLR Blackout is a son of 2010 Herdsire of the Year, Shavano, and GLR Amelita, the dam of National Champion, GLR Kolaqua. Blackout at his very first show earned MAPACA Color Champion and Judge's Choice male. Judge's Choice to a black??? I know!!! He then earned a second place as the youngest in a class of 12 at the 2011 Futurity, placing right behind the Color Champion. On his one year birthday he was declared the 2011 Black National Color Champion!!! Blackout has that fine, super dense, consistent lock we admire from Shavano.
