Maya is a very nice production & fiber producing female. She has birthed 4 cria, 1 male and 3 females. So far the color of the Sire is the color she throws. There are pictures of her and her cria to the right. Her first cria Romeo has done very well in the show circuit and he is already breeding and has settled his first girls. (You can visit him on or listings). Maya has a very nice handle to her fleece, her conformation is right on and she has good bone. Her build is perfect for production. Maya is an easy one to breed. It now only takes one time and birthing is a breeze also. She will let you know when it is time to deliver and it doesn't take long for her to do the job. She is a very protective Dam and has always had good milk and a lot of it. We had Maya's fleece from this year spun into yarn and it is extremely soft and we are very pleased with the results as she is 4.5 years old and a production female. She has passed on these traits to her cria as Romeo's raw fleece and yarn is hard to keep in stock and Myty's yarn is the same. Maya produced a beautiful cria this summer 2011 bred to INCAN DARK CLOUD ARI # 320018824 and we got a wonderful results from this pairing. Dharma, Maya's 2009 cria is a beautiful Dark Fawn (she is a bit lighter thaner sire, Lakeside's Caden who can also be seen in our listings) with density and crimp to her fleece and the handle is a dream to put your hands in. Dharma's won first place at the Alpaca Affaire Northwest Composite Show 2010. Thank you for visiting....

Description

Make us an OFFER! Dharma is a sweet girl with plenty of great qualities. She has density, fineness, crimp and a solid bone structure. Her sire and dam both contributed to her atributes. When you feel Dharma's fiber it feels like butter. It is consistent from skin to tip and from front to rear. Her color is now a Modern Medium Rose Grey. Dharma's build is perfect for a production female as Diana Timmerman mentioned at the Alpaca Affaire Northwest Composite Show in September 2010. Dharma received 1st placement in the halter portion of the show and received 1st placement in the fleece portion of the show with an added comment about the length of her fiber for the amount of time of growth. We were very pleased with the results. You can view both Dharma's Dam and Sire on our page, they have both produced award winning cria which can be viewed on our site also. Dharma's bloodlines have True Black, Grey, Fawn and Maroon colors and her related siblings have produced grey animals when bred to grey. She does not need a big boost in breeding up, she holds many fine qualities on her own. The history of her bloodlines has continually produced fantastic production females and males. Her bloodlines include, Cloud 9 Comet - SA Karrington - 4PERUVIAN MATADOR 6030 - PERUVIAN MACUSANI G204. Dharma would be a wonderful addition to anyone's herd new or established. Dharma's package includes her pregnant and a breeding to any HAA Stud that comes with another breeding which you could use on any females you own or for her. Let's make a deal so present us with an offer! We will consider all Offers. Thank you for visiting....
