Inferno's blanket shorn on 5-19-2010 is 4.8 lbs a lot of fleece for a five year old male. He can put the fleece on them. His cria Bathesheba sheared 7.2lbs of fleece this year. He is a Royal Fawn Grandson and a Rockamundo grandson whose fleece was 13.6 microns at 18 mos. His 2007 shearing weight was 9.5 lbs. , his weight at the time, 160 lbs. Wow! We love this boy and can hardly contain ourselves in wanting to breed him. Tessa is the cornerstone of our breeding line. We decided to start out with good quality girls so we wouldn't have to breed up. Tessa is a PPPeruvian Dracula 6016 daughter, Dracula is well know for his extreme density and crimp, and Tessa has passed that on to all her cria. So far she has given us 4 girls in a row, each one nicer then the last! Presently she is bred to Tranquility's Romeo who is a grandson of Mircosoft and CPeruvian Jaxon. To Date Tessa has had 10 cria 7 of which are female she is a proven easy birther and has milk by the gallons! She also is our herd protector and keeps all the other animals in line, even our LGD's know to give her a wide berth when she isn't happy about something(LOL). ...Update Tessa had a beautiful little white girl today 20 lbs and full of energy, will post pictures later....
