Rav 10 has turned out to be an excellent example of what we are breeding for in our herd. She has a great head and correct conformation covered with silky black locks of very lustrous fiber. It is no wonder she turned out so well with Pacific Pride as her sire and her AOBA National Show winner, Ravin' Beauty as her dam. We bred her to our Hershey's Hugo, giving Rav the ability to produce "Premium Seed Stock" in Spring 2009 and she did not disappoint us when she gave us RAVE, a true black male that will become part of our foundation herd. We rebred her and had true black female on May 28, a duplicate of herself. We liked this paring so well we rebred her for another Hugo offspring in 2011 and another female with exceptional luster born May 25th! Rav is now bred to our true black Laramie of PVA for her 2012 offspring. She is an ATV foundation female that we are offering for your consideration. Hugo has correct conformation on a compact body covered with very high luster and extremely fine dark brown locks that are dense and his coverage is complete. His lock reform beautifully within a short period of shearing and he is passing that trait on to his offspring. Rave's dam is our black second generation true black foundation female Rav 10 that was sired by Pacific Pride, the Multiple Get-of-Sire winner when showing against some of the best known in the Nation and why wouldn’t he? He is from the top Suri breeding ranch in the Nation, Park View Alpacas. We have been closely watching this third generation true black male whose fleece glimmers like the stars in a blackened night sky. He is as blue black as it comes and has stunning luster which catches the attention of every visitor. You will find NO OTHER COLOR in his fleece. Rave has matured and has the same compact body as his sire. Rave's first offspring is an unblemished fourth generation TRUE BLACK female with the same blue black appearance of her sire.
